I mostly grow it for the foliage but it does send up purple, thistle like flowers on 5 foot stalks. The flower heads dry beautifully in the garden or can be brought inside for dried floral arrangements. If seed is started early enough you may have blooms the first year. Usually it will be a large clump of foliage with flower stalks emerging the second year. It has been hardy for me in my zone 6 garden.Seeds will come with complete growing instructions. I include several tips I've learned to keep this plant going in the garden. I do recommend full sun for Cardoons. I feel it performs best in average garden soil. It will grow in richer soil but must be well drained.

It’s great! So light weight!

I have been testing this out for a month now.
I love it. This does have avobenzone in it, and because of that, I do NOT put it around my eyes as avobenzone is a chemical sunscreen ingredient that typically tends to cause the of sensation of burning eyes! At least for me it does.
I use an Australian sunscreen around my eyes that doesn’t have anything that irritates my eyes. So for the rest of my face, this stuff is great. It literally is so serum like sinks into your skin within five minutes or sooner. Now it’s not the most hydrating thing in the world so if you have a dry skin, you still wanna go in with a moisturizer before however, if you have oily skin, this is your girl right here. Skin like finish, not super matte and not dewy at all. I do not wear primer so I don’t know how it plays with that. Works great under my makeup and has never caused pilling.
Quick, easy, simple ingredients, definitely sensitive skin friendly, and no fragrance at an affordable cost-effective price! Now if only banana boat decided to go cruelty free😭

Great sensitive skin sunscreen

Love this! I have sensitive skin. this did not sting my eyes, or burn my cheeks. Left no white cast. I'm not noticing any scent. It just feels like bare skin, it's not heavy, drying, oily or sticky. No pilling. Went on smooth, not streaky, looks like skin once dried down, not patchy. I hope they keep this in stock forever!

Hydrating Itch Relief for Sensitive, Reactive Skin

Really good eczema lotion for 4 month old baby
Love this lotion. I’ve been using it for almost two weeks now on my baby who has eczema, I didn’t wanna waste money on the baby version because what if it isn’t as powerful so I got this one and now my baby’s cheeks aren’t red and spotty. Honestly didn’t think it would work but it’s working great, I add it all over his body especially his face after he showers and it helps his itchiness at night. During the day I add some if the redness looks like it’s coming back and it ends up going away mid day. I’ve used about 4-5 other lotions that didn’t work so I’m very happy about this one.

LOVE THIS!
I have allergies and overall just super sensitive skin. Sometimes I just randomly get itchy or get hives. I bought this during a time I was trying all the lotions just to find something that would help.
To be honest, I shower in the morning and apply this and it helped my skin tremendously. I wouldn’t be itchy after showers. Hives were few and far between.
