The chest on chest is in two sections and of unusual & desirable diminutive proportions, the top section with a stepped crown with three short and three long drawers. The base section also with three long graduated drawers, all the drawers having the original pierced 'batwing' brass handles & lock escutcheon plates.
The tallboy is raised on bracket feet the case is of the finest Cuban flame mahogany, all the secondary woods are white pine, the case is of dovetailed construction throughout.
Condition is very good indeed, all the drawers are aroma free and run smooth and straight, this handsome antique Georgian chest on chest is ready to grace your space.
