The jacket is in overall very good condition, complete with insignia and belt. There is no label or size tag. 5th Service Command patch on right shoulder. The jacket also comes with a photo of the woman wearing it. Unfortunately, neither the photo or the jacket are named.
The rank pins are Sterling, the nurse caduceus pins have maker marks and flat back pins, and one U.S. pin has a maker's mark.
There are a few pulls in the material, a tiny spot where the material is worn a bit thin, and a small speck / light stain on the patch. Insignia pins show light wear / tarnishing and the rank pins have scratches. The photograph shows some wear and the back looks like it was torn from something.
