For each try on you will receive...

-Sample gown of choice

-Prepaid return shipping label

-Customizations note page to return with the gown (this applies only if the gown is customizable and you choose to purchase your gown of the same style).

- "I said yes" sign

- If you choose to purchase your gown of the same style as the sample you purchased, you will get a $100 refund on your wedding gown purchase.


How it works...

-Select the desired gown and available sample size to rent.

-Review the individual size chart before renting, as we currently have a limited selection of sample sizes. (Depending on the success of the trial period, we may expand our range of available sizes in the future).

-Choose the dates for your gown reservation and proceed to checkout.

-Once payment is complete, you will receive an emailed contract outlining the rental agreement.

-Your rental gown will be shipped to you or placed on a waitlist, and you will be notified via email with a tracking number once your sample has shipped.

-After receiving the gown, you have 3 days to try it on before returning it to us. Simply box it up and drop it off at UPS with the provided shipping label.

-You will only be charged late fees if the gown is not returned using our label and tracking number at the end of the 3rd rental day. The late fee is $50 per day until the retail value of the gown is reached, and it is nonrefundable. Sundays and Federal Holidays are the only exceptions to late fees. 


Fees...

- Late fees will begin if the sample gown has not been shown as in transit back to us by the end of the 3rd rental day. Each day the gown is late is a $50 late fee, or until the full retail value of the gown is reached.

-If the sample gown has not been sent back to us by the end of 30 days since you received the sample gown, you will be charged the full price of the gown.

- If the gown is returned damaged or dirtied you will be charged a cleaning, repair or replacement fee for the sample gown.

Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid

I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well! The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something! The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!

I thought the color was good and the price was right but I was still a little nervous because it said put together. So I got it right away only took 3 days. And the directions for pretty easy there were a couple of spots that I think we're out of order because you had to kind of play around with the screws going into the holes from the arms but I think if I were to get another chair like this I would probably do it my way because it's pretty self-explanatory but I followed the directions that came with the chair. And hey I'm 65 years old and I put this chair together. It's nice it's sleek and oh my God is it comfortable!!! Right where my lower back and sciatic is I get the support and it just feels good and I know that if I have to be at my desk for 3 or 4 hours I'm going to be comfortable. I highly highly recommend getting this chair. The only issue that I had was the driver did not leave it on my porch. I had ordered a Vizio TV a couple months ago and the driver brought it up to my porch. So I just had to go out and take two steps bring it into the house I really appreciated that. This driver didn't even come through the gate and there is no signs of any dogs because there aren't any. So this driver just left this giant heavy box it was about 35 lb in front of the garage where it was very visible from the road. And I had a dragon to my front door it was heavy I did not like that at all. But it wasn't damaged or anything and I do love the chair. I just don't like what the driver did.
