Measure your bust at the fullest point. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor. Keep your arms at the side of your body. |

Waist |
Measure your waist at the smallest part of your torso. This is right under your ribcage, near your belly button. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor. |

Hips |
Measure your hips at the fullest point. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor. |

Shoulder |
Measure from where your shoulder meets the top of your arm, or the boniest part of your shoulder, and hold the tape straight across to the tip of your other shoulder blade. |
