In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. I’d rate them 4 out of 5.

Bands are thin and they roll up easily. I’ve used them both on bare skin (which I googled was not recommended because it irritates skin) and on top of leggings and both times the bands roll up. The bag it comes with is also very small and I basically have to roll up the bands to squeeze all of them in there. If you are a beginner at using bands, I think this product is alright. For more advanced workouts, would recommend better quality resistance bands.
