The slightly bell-shaped tutu skirt is made with the highest quality lilac tulle, and features a top layer made with glittery tulle, with golden dots decorations. The overlay is deep purple, and entirely embroidered with gold appliques and purple crystals.
The headpiece in the picture is NOT included with the costume. It can be optionally purchased with the tutu.
