The dress was made with a fabric blend of silk and rayon (70% silk and 30% rayon), which is generally used for making "saris," the traditional outfit of Indian women. This fabric is both lightweight and very comfortable, with bright and colorful prints. I source these fabrics during my many trips to India and especially in Rajasthan, Jaipur. These are small batches, and I never make more than one piece with each fabric, making my dresses unique!
My clothing collection is based on a subtle mix of traditional and modern, allowing you to wear my dress throughout the year for various occasions. I then entrust the making to a small workshop in Pushkar, a small village located about a hundred kilometers from Jaipur in Rajasthan. It's a friendly team that carefully crafts my creations, everything is handmade, from cutting the fabrics to the final assembly.

A great resource to help me win in real estate investing!

I've been in real estate for many years at this point and have owned both single-family and multifamily properties from $100k to $20M, and this book is an incredible tool and resource for me! I've never seen a book cover Asset Management in such detail or clarity. Easy to read but still packed with useful information to help me win in real estate. I've read over 10 real estate-related books, and this has been hands down THE best real estate book for new and experienced Asset Managers. What an amazing resource on Asset Management
