- Hand wash with mild detergent. Soak for 10 minutes in cold water. Gently knead the fabric to loosen up any debris, then rinse under cold water. Do not wring fabric to remove excess water.

A true medium firm pillow

I like a medium pillow that lets my head sink in a little bit so my neck isn't cranked at an angle but not to the point where it sinks in completely. You can also scrunch it a little bit. Also love that it's queen size, as most queen sheet sets for come with queen pillow cases, not standard. I am surprised it worked out, very happy with it.
