The sleeves and skirt are crafted from multiple layers of shimmering tulle with a soft underskirt for ultimate comfort, bringing the magic of the reflecting water to life. To add a final special touch, there's a sequin embroidered sea star that shines bright in the center neckline, reminding the ocean princess that home is where the heart belongs.
